Anybody who grew up watching Goonies will be with me on this one. I'm positive those holes line something up for us (although probably just on a page, not in an actual landscape.)

I was thinking about this the other day! I tried using the medallion on my Bible page, but I couldn't figure out what I should try to align. My Bible page doesn't appear to have any markings on it. u_u

Thought I'd shed some light on the charred medallion with my limited photoshop skills and a high quality picture of a different medallion.

kinda in the same boat as this overlay, i (poorly) upped the exposure on the pic so the "I" was more visible (hopefully). and maybe i'll upload this correctly. ugh i can't figure this crap out. looks like attachment it is. if anyone knows how to insert the pic (not html link to pic) into the body instead, feel free to enlighten me. I have been thinking about this image quite a bit lately, particularly about the match heads. When we first started getting the kits, we figured the sticks were matchsticks and represented fire as the other elements were already represented. Now we have a picture of, presumably, all the heads from our matchsticks. This means this was planned that far in advance. I do believe that the headless matches hold some significance.
Edit: My apologies if this isn't the right thread, I just thought to reply here as the enhanced (thank you) images were shared here.

This seems a bit like an important thread at the current moment.
