This is an interesting theory. There is one small issue. The post with the G says:
4. In the Alchemy kit box, under the vial that had the earth is handwritten the letter āGā
Putting the G under earth rather than fire.

I had a thought when looking at these letters, not really based in anything other than it was the first thing to come into my head, but what if they stand for right, left, stop, and go? Maybe there will be a puzzle in the future where that comes into play?
(Actually my first thought was R and S configurations in stereochemistry, but G wouldn't fit in and I doubt we'd need to know that anyway.)

I have A163 (posted an image earlier on this thread), and the L is in the earth vial slot. I also double-checked the photos I took of the vial order when I opened the tin, before I removed anything, to ensure I didn't accidentally put the vials back in the wrong order. The earth vial has always been in the slot with the "L". I still think that we should pay attention to which vial is associated with which letters in each of the kits; it may be relevant but not as simple as one letter being associated with the same element.

yes, i agree with double checking this and coming up with a consensus. they are all good ideas, but i came to my idea by associating the suits of the cards with letters and elements. i ended up with a different letter=element association, but i had NOT noticed which slots the letters were written in. i think something's here, we just need to verify what fits with all of the kits. edit: for reference, my conclusion (which i am in no way is saying is the correct one) is: S=hearts=water L=clubs=fire G=spaces=air R=diamonds=earth EDIT: actually, considering what has come to light (pun intended /rolls eyes) with the pictures, maybe not every letter HAS a consistent match with a card/element, as towels said above. maybe they are different letters on purpose - maybe to start matching up something, somehow, to decode the minecraft number note.

G in earth - A156 //
R in earth on A175 //
S in Water on A170//
L inside Water on A173 //
R in Earth on A143 //
If someone could help me verify these ? Not that they mean anything, just documenting it at this point.

i think it is the kits that recieved a card as well. I don't have a card, got my kit through kickstarter, and I have no letter. Just my two cents!

I posted a photo on my blog. It appears I have a capital "i" in my tin. It was under the vial "earth", kit A149.

Hi all. It appears that on the chat, it has been discussed that all the letters in the lining spell out "LOST GIRL." Just thought I'd post this here so those who don't come on often.
