I just read that people played correspondence chess through homing pigeons. We should get an official FTS Carrier pigeon to send letters and play chess. If we solved a puzzle we could just mail it in to LS Via pigeon. Just please, Whatever you do, DO NO SEND HIM TO THE PONCE DE LEON HOTEL! He will get lost. bwaahaha! thanks for the laugh!!! movie night could be super rad, but i think it might be difficult to round everyone up considering time differences. either way, i appreciate that offer, kaylen! if it does happen, my vote is for some goofy (read: awesome!) movie like the labyrinth or the neverending story or the sandlot some other fun, playful flick. (i'm also curious about these game ideas you have, kaylen. feel free to thread-create away, and see if anything sticks. (that reminds me of the whole quote about chak throwing spaghetti at the "door" until something stuck. (can we make a game out of that?)))

I am down with any or all of these ideas, except I don't have Minecraft so I would also be a backseat gamer like exicice. XD But I've done forum RPs before and I run an online book club, so both of those are right up my alley! I think the logistics of a movie night could be hard but not completely unmanageable.

hi guys! so, i read chak's ideas from chat (EDIT I SUCK AT HTML AND NERDING IN GENERAL), and i must say i agree. it's no fun having connection/computer issues, and the last thing i'd want is jedpeter to feel any stress or responsibility about maintaining the chat or logs right now. plus, none of us have been consistently going in there anyway to chat. most of the time it's jed by himself, and i've been slacking big time on monologues for him to even read when he checks the log. so, boooooring. therefore, we can post in here when we need to! thanks for sharing your thoughts, cornchak. i hope your vacation was fun, and i appreciate the 3KB of smiles and entertainment. and great to see you on too, cherrybomb! don't worry, we've definitely all had our friday-night equivalents of being lonely for our ftsnerdfamily, too. alright, miss you fools. SMOOCHES!!!

I'm creeping on twitter seeing all of these internet celebs I follow talk about Superfight and I'm just sitting here jealously thinking "But I played Superfight before it was cool".
Loud sigh.

Hi guys! I'm doing great (I even started jogging! Crazy, huh?) but missing you all and ready to get back to solving. Did cornchak see LS at the Seattle PAX thing this weekend? I think we were all hoping to see a picture of them together on Instagram, but at least we got confirmation that Chapter 2 is in the queue. See ya soon, nerdkin! xoxox

Sorry everyone, I'm not much of a con goer; they are all too crowded and noisy for my tastes.

I'm with you on that. I went to Otakon a couple of times in my younger days, but now I am content to watch con events unfold from afar thanks to social media. XD
