An easy way to see if we have consensus about some of these clues. First, the keys.

I'm not sure yet that we're missing something when it comes to the keys, but that's the only answer provided that comes close to what I'm thinking. I've talked about it on a couple other threads, but I'll summarize it here again so it's in the relevant place:
M says that some boxes can go missing (or not be shared) and the story can still progress. It seems most (but not all) kits that have been received and shared so far have at least one key. One that I know of had two keys. At least one had no key. If some kits are not being shared or have gone missing, and some of those have keys, we can begin to think that either the keys and the tags have no specific meaning and are instead symbolic, OR that X number of keys will point to the same clue so it doesn't matter if some of them go missing.
While it would be neat if they opened something in the real world, I highly doubt that possibility.

I doubt it too. But it would be unbelievably cool if they did.

I know the codes that are on some of the keys pertain to the pin sets for the cut of the key itself, so those might not mean anything.
